Return

Report a return within 14 days of receiving your order via this link (click on the order and then indicate the product you wish to return) or via help@fairypositron.be. After that, you have 14 days to get the product to us.

Returns are usually handled within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned products in good condition. You can choose to exchange your product for another size or product, exchange it for a gift certificate or get your money back.

Sale items (discounted items purchased during the sale periods), and underwear cannot be returned.

Furthermore, all products, if clean, in new condition and - if applicable - in the original packaging, can be returned.

Free returns we unfortunately cannot offer, but.... If you have an account, you can use your smarty points for a return label or a new shipping label when you want to exchange a product.

For +/- € 5 you can create a bpost shipping label to send your return to a bpost collection point. You can create such a label here.

However, as an individual, you can often get a cheaper shipping label, so it is definitely worth checking this out.

Returns are at your own expense, but we can always check with you to see if we can offer you a cheaper return label than what you find online.
