Packages are usually shipped within 1-3 business days.

Occasionally there may be delays due to busyness (end of year period!) or unforeseen circumstances.

If your package cannot be shipped within 3 business days, we will notify you on our website or send you an email.

Packages are lovingly packed within 1-4 business days. Bpost usually takes 1 business day to get your package to you.

This depends on the order value. For orders under €19 we are forced to charge almost full cost for shipping to avoid loss, but letter mail is usually an option.

In a bpost collection machine , your parcel remains available for 5 days (from day 1 in the morning until day 5 in the evening).

At a bpost collection point , your parcel remains available for 14 days.

After this period, the package will return to us and additional charges may apply.
