We recommend adjusting the ring to the desired size and from then on limiting opening/closing to a maximum. Frequent opening and closing can lead to faster wear and cracking.

Measure your finger with a wire, thin string or piece of paper to determine the ring size. For a wide ring, take one size larger, as it will not only go into the crease of your finger but also above it. (Rings may vary from the size chart by a few tenths of a mm).
